Your dry max is great, don't know why the bad hype
If you ask me, you are the best dipe!
Really- My husband and I love these things. We heard so much bad hype about the dry max that we nearly took back all the ones we got as shower gifts. HOWEVER...when we brought home our son and he had a "shower" of his own in mind ...ohh...every 20 minutes or so...we couldn't take the wet-throughs any more in the huggies, so we tried the pampers. He hasn't wet through one of these things yet! |

Like most people, we used Pampers Swaddlers when we brought DS home from the hospital. They worked well (as well as disposables, anyway) through a few packs. Then, we bought one particular pack, and it must have been a bad batch - whenever DS wet the diaper, it immediately let off this HORRIBLE chemical stench, to the point that we could not sit next to him if he had dirtied his diaper. That experience really turned me off from Pampers - from then on, if we use disposables (we do cloth now) I always buy Huggies or the Target brand. It is unfortunate that one bad experience with a pack can color my opinion, but really, never again. |

When I was using disposables these were my favorite, had very minimal "blow-outs" and they fit very true to what the sizes are. They were also very soft and didn't cause many skin irritations to my little one... The only reason that I give them a 4 not a 5 is that they are not that great for the environment both in production and in the landfills...I am a cloth diaper momma through and through, just took me a few months to realize it... |

We use cloth when we're at home, and disposable when we're traveling or out of the house. These are my go-to disposables. They are soft and fit well. We've had a few blowouts with them, but I think that is to expect with any disposable diaper. I buy them on Amazon Mom with Subscribe and Save for the best price. I would give them 5 stars, but cloth is the only 5 star diaper in my book! |

I have been using Pampers for both my kids and never had a problem, even when Pampers switched to Dry Max. Also, we have hardly had any leaks/blowouts and when we did, it usually meant that I needed to move my baby to the next size up. The diapers themselves are compact (can usually fit 5-6 easily in the pocket of my diaper bag) and are very soft. The velcro-like closure stays put. |

LOVE pampers swaddlers. We've used them since our son was born. We do use huggies occasionally, but when I buy diapers I choose pampers. They seem to fit better and he seems to be able to wear them longer. The huggies seem smaller, and he outgrows them quickly. Wish the swaddlers went up to bigger sizes. I'll be sad when I switch to cruisers, but hopefully I'll love them just as much! |

Loved these diapers! We used the ones pre dry max. We never had leaks and DD never experienced diaper rash. I loved the wetness indicator - a little yellow line that let us know when DD was wet. I wish the indicator came in bigger sizes; I think it only went up to newborns. The only down side about these diapers is that they are a little more expensive than other brands. |

Pampers has been the diaper of choice for generations in my family. I was first introduced to the Swaddlers at the hospital where I gave birth to my daughter. The nurse had told me that the line at the middle of the diaper changes colors when it gets wet. I really like that feature the most. It's convenient and prevents diaper rash. It's been my go-to diaper ever since. |

Unfortunately these are one of the reasons we decided to switch to cloth. DS got a terrible rash a few weeks after coming home. Nothing made it go away, until we were lent a few CD's to try. They did not hold EBF poop at all, we had quite a few messes to clean, and not just wee bum. If we had to go back to sposies, we would not purchase Pampers. |

First I should say I am NOT a brand loyalist when it comes to diapers -- we like using various store-brand diapers during the day, and typically name-brand ones at night and on outings. The hospital actually provided us with Pampers diapers during our stay, and they worked out great (though they did not have the umbilical cord notch?) |

I really love these diapers. We were using them in the hospital and used them when we brought DD home. The only thing I didn't like was when you went from Newborn to size 1, they took off the line to show you that you have a yucky diaper. It wasn't a deal breaker, since I neurotically change DD's diapers, but it was a nice indicator. |
