| | Review by Facebook User on Nov. 15, 2010 | | This was such a life saver when it came to feeding baby foods 1st and 2nd stage to DS! Especially on-the-go, I would keep this in the diaperbag along with a jar of baby food, if we needed to feed DS just filled it up and fed him, whatever he didnt eat I would just put the cap back on the tip and clean out when we got home.. Was Great for days in the Airport!! or even feeding on the plane, Feeding with this spoon was very clean! |
| Only can use it for 1st and 2nd stage foods, 3rd was too thick and couldnt get through the hole to fill the spoon.. chunks would get stuck.. |

Cred: 1079 | | Used this spoon for the first time on a recent trip we took. Absolutely fabulous for travel and especially when your child is a grabber - it's nice to have all their food in one handy little contraption! Purees squeeze out easily and I like that there is a cap for the spoon when not in use. |
| Cannot really be used beyond purees. Tends to squirt on baby towards the end of feedings when there is not enough food in it or if not tilted correctly. Also, the curve of the spoon is deeper which makes it difficult to get all the food in baby's mouth. Despite these issues, its convenience for on-the-go feeding make it a worthwhile purchase! |

| Only works with purees and leaks if you don't keep the spoon upright. |

Cred: 688 | | I wish I would have had one of these with my first child! Love it so much! It's great for feeding on the run, which we do a lot of!!! It can hold a 4 oz jar of baby food! |
| Once babe starts eating thicker, chunkier food, this is a useless tool unfortunately! |
Cred: 1247 | | I can't imagine my life without our Boon Squirts when my son was just learning how to eat. SO much easier than messing with a bowl and spoon! Our favorite tool for feeding him yogurt especially. NO mess at all! This is one of my go-to baby shower presents now! |

| | Review by Facebook User on Nov. 15, 2010 | | LOVED this spoon with my LO. She was a fast eater and this really helped. It was also great for traveling. |
| The food has to be very smooth and you have to shake things down into the spoon when it isn't full. |
Cred: 698 | | I loved using this spoon when my daughter started solids. It was easy to use and clean. I just stuck in in the diaper bag with a jar of food and we were ready to go. I got lots of moms asking what brand it was and where I got it. I wish it was around when my son was a baby. |
| Can get a bit messy when putting the food in from the jar. | Ideal Age: 6-12 months
Cred: 1333 | | I loved this squirt spoon. It was so helpful with babygirl when she would try to grab the spoon. It holds the perfect amount for a feeding with some room to spare. |
| This only happens towards the end of a feeding, but the food starts spitting and it ends up in bits on baby's face/bib. |
Cred: 1844 | | I think it's a great idea! Love the simpleness of filling and going. And the fact that it comes with a spoon guard/lid to protect from germs, and leaks! |
| My little guy wouldn't eat purees so I never got to use his :( |
Cred: 444 | | My husband calls this the only tool you ever need. It has been a life saviour for when we are out at meal times. You can fill it before you leave or carry a pouch of food and fill it when you need it. |
| Only good for purees but honestly when baby starts eating chuncks you can get away with finger foods. | Ideal Age: 3-6 months
Cred: 2552 | | Less messy than regular bowl and spoon feeding. |
| It does not really allow for your kiddo to learn the fundamental routine of feeding themselves. I think using a spoon and bowl helps to teach them the concept of self feeding a little better. |
Cred: 3666 | | I wish this was as good for self feeding as I hoped it would be. It is good for a handy way to transport purees or feed homemade baby food in a clean, neat way. |
| It doesn't hold very much. It is difficult to hold and more difficult to squeeze and control, especially for a little one. Cap doesn't stay on tight. |

Cred: 203 | | Review by ericaB on Nov. 15, 2010 | | Great tool when you are starting to feed solids. Excellent for keeping messes to a minimum and I especially love the portability of the product...easy to take with you wherever you go (really easy to feed baby on the plane!). |
| Sort of short lived, we didn't feed purees for very long. |
Cred: 17 | | I love this spoon! SO convenient! I have used it on the airplane, restaurants, everywhere! It is especially great for those growth spurts when you can't seem to get food to your baby's mouth fast enough!! |
| stage 3 foods( with little chunks) don't work well in this spoon! |
Cred: 168 | | Review by Idelle on Mar. 28, 2011 | | My mom laughed at me when she saw me using this but I didnt care! Its so convenient to put in the pablum and use it later when you're out and about if you need to or to store it in the fridge till a later date and its ready to go! Its so easy to clean too. My daughter always waved her hands around and this allowed me to use one hand to feed her consistently while using the other hand to hold my daughter's hand which she liked, while she ate. This is such a neat product! Love the squirt! |

Cred: 17 | | Review by shemb on Nov. 15, 2010 | | Loved this for my son when eating baby food. Great for traveling and there no mess. |
| Sometimes had to shake and squeeze a little hard to get what's left at the bottom.
Usable for a few months - once child starts eating chunkier foods, doesn't work so well. |

| | Review by Facebook User on Nov. 15, 2010 | | We travelled from Canada to south africia with our son who was 10 months old. This was a lifesaver on the planes and while out and about! Love it!! |
Cred: 17 | | We used this spoon when we went to Europe for two weeks. I bought the food in pouches and we could pretty much feed the baby whereever we were, on the plane, in the car, in a hotel room. It was awesome! |
Cred: 748 | | I love this spoon when we travel, so easy and no mess! |
| Food has to be a thin consistency or it gets clogged up. |
Cred: 14 | | This is a must have! I used this all the time when my son was younger. It is great for when you are on the go. So easy to use. I always throw this in with my baby shower gifts. |
| It can be difficult to load, and is only good with Stage 1 or 2 baby food as thicker food won't work. |
Cred: 1126 | | Neat design. Great for on-the go feeding of home made baby food. |
| Not great for thicker food / liquids. |
Cred: 21 | | Perfect for Busy moms. I love how easy it is to feed baby with one hand using this spoon. I'm aim of 3 so it's great to be able to feed baby with one hand and still be able to either eat my own meal or help one of the other kids. No bowls to get spilt. Perfect for meals on the go or to send with a baby sitter. Easily heat foods in the spoon by placing in hot water. |
| Home made baby foods can sometimes be too thick and get stick, would be nice if the hole wad a little bigger. |
Cred: 413 | | Great for feeding on the go! Also made it "fun" when son was tired of the same old routine. |
| Not good for thicker purees (like Stage 3) |
Cred: 459 | | SO COOL! Easy to take with, easy to throw it in the fridge with the lid .. we still use it almost everyday for applesauce. VERY easy to clean |
Cred: 21 | | I have to say that this product had to be designed by someone with multiples! having TRIPLETS this product made feedings SO EASY!! We used our boon spoons from about 4 months to 8 months, they are amazing!! |
| The only thing i could say is they doo leak with runnier puree's if not kept upright, but it you cap it its fine |
Cred: 831 | | neat concept for giving baby purees , easy to use and nice shape ... |
| keep it in a ziplock bag if you plan on putting it into your diaper bag ... unless you like to clean up messes |
Cred: 614 | | Review by Powcat on Mar. 25, 2011 | | leaks sometimes if layed on it's side for longer periods, only good for thin food. |
Cred: 803 | | Great for younger ones that are still on purees, and great for traveling. no need to try to balance a bowl and a kid at the same time. |
| does not work with chunkier food |
Cred: 12 | | The best part about this spoon is it keeps your baby clean. Instead of dripping from the traditional spoon, this is a dream come true for all you OCD parent. |
| Difficult for a child to squirt by him or herself. | Ideal Age: 6-12 months
Cred: 910 | | This is great for on the go! You just fill it up and it's ready to go. No messy clean up! LOVE ours :) Planning to purchase more very soon! |
Cred: 165 | | Great for on the go. No mess at all. Works great with 1st and 2nd foods. |
| A no go with thicker baby food. It gets all clogged up. |
Cred: 235 | | We enjoyed how easy this spoon made it to feed our son when he was first starting solids. It made the process so much less messy. It is also super convenient for traveling. |
Cred: 158 | | Review by Rreegs on Feb. 11, 2012 | | Love this! Super easy, less messy than regular spoon/bowl. |
| Can't get all food out, so I feel like I'm wasting some. |
 Cred: 8 | | Great concept and design. |
| Short use-life. Only works with purees/thinner liquids. It was a little pricey for the amount of use I got out of it. |
Cred: 17 | | This is the best for travelling! We went to south africa with a 10 month old and could feed him in the airport or on the plane with out a mess! | Ideal Age: 6-12 months
Cred: 29 | | Review by KathyA on Mar. 31, 2011 | | easy to use, love how i can just use one hand to feed instead of one with spoon and one holding food. |
| can only be used with really smooth purees. It is pretty hard to get all of it out. Stains easily |
Cred: 5 | | Very easy to use! We just poor Athenas food in and we don't have to worry about plates! Makes feeding a lot easier and less dishes to wash. |
| Can only use with Purees. Leaks if not held right. It also holds some of the smell of food |
Cred: 18 | | Squirt is right. As in "squirt prunes all over mom as she tries to conveniently feed baby while in line at the Apple store." |
| Soft bite spoons. Better for their gums anyway. |
Cred: 2171 | | Extremely convenient for on the go!! |
| Only works with fine purees. |
Cred: 990 | | Wish there was a way to use with Stage 3 foods. |
Cred: 1709 | | Review by BethG on Nov. 16, 2010 | | This was amazing when traveling. I could preload the food for later and go. So worth it |
